Welcome to Companion...

Thanks for your recent purchase. Now let's explain the next steps. 

1. Registration

Before shipping the Companion Watch we need a little more information about the wearer and how the watch will help them and their support network. Please click this Registration button to answer a few questions that will help us prepare the watch.

2. Emergency Contacts and Alert Settings

After your order is received, your dedicated Companion Advisor will send an introductory email. This will ask about emergency contacts, and which alerts they would like. Your Personal Companion Advisor will add these settings for you, so the Watch is ready on arrival.

NOTE: This email will be sent to the contact email provided in the order and will be titled "Introducing your Personal Companion Advisor'. Please check your email spam folder if it has not arrived within 24 hours of your order.

3. Delivery

Once your Companion Watch has been personalised with your unique settings, we will dispatch it via Royal Mail Special Delivery.

 

We will send you an email titled "Your Companion Watch is on its way". This email will provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor delivery progress.

4. Unboxing Your Companion Watch

Open the parcel and follow the Getting Started instructions inside. When the watch is on its docking station for the first time please contact your Personal Companion Advisor so they can check your Watch is connected to the LTE-M network.

5. Your Personal Getting Started Session

The Companion Watch wearer and/or support network contacts are invited to book a 1-2-1 induction with their Personal Companion Advisor. In this 30 minute session all your questions will be answered and any settings tweaked.

6. Your Companion Service Login

Your specified emergency support contacts, who need access to the Companion Watch service, will receive an email from support@companion.technology, titled "Temporary login details…”. This will provide them with login instructions that can be used either on the Companion Service web portal  or to log into the Apple or Android Apps.
