All Companion customers now have the following new features
Find my watch: If a Companion Watch is misplaced, simply open the Companion app or web portal and click the Find Watch button on the Watch Dashboard. The watch will make a loud, steady beep to help find it.
Changing modes remotely: From your Companion Service app or web portal, you can change a Companion Watch mode for example, from Silent mode to Normal mode at any time. This feature can be found via the Device > General Settings menu.
We have also made a range of other general improvements including advanced device searches and password reset process changes).
